Our Team
Allison Woodfin
With four years of experience leading meditations and over a decade working in youth development, Allison creates space for people of all ages to reconnect with themselves through guided practice and immersive sound healing. She holds a Master's degree in World Religions and brings a deep curiosity about how the spiritual shows up in ordinary life, making room for presence, wonder, and stillness in the everyday.
Sound bowls are central to Allison's work. She values them as a healing dimension we rarely access, offering a pathway to calm and restoration that goes beyond words. Her approach is warm, grounded, and attuned to meeting people exactly where they are, whether that's an adult seeking stillness or a young person learning to notice their breath for the first time.
Allison is passionate about making meditation and sound healing accessible, welcoming, and transformative for everyone who walks through the door at Limina.
